  • 1 12 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 pkg. rice. (dry or frozen)
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jar dried onion
  • 1 jar bay leaf (or a bay plant for your garden)
  • 1 jar thyme (or a thyme plant for your garden)
  • 1 jar oregano (or an oregano plant for your garden)
  • 1 jar black pepper
  • 1 32 oz. box chicken stock
  • 1 pkg. soba (Top Ramen) noodles
  • 1 pkg. frozen Asian style mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg. frozen California blend mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 10 oz. can of chicken
  • 1 dz. eggs
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg. pasta (spaghetti)
